I don't really like saying "diet"- as I"m not on a diet, per se, but my diet (food intake) is where I have concerns. I've worked HARD to lose the weight and have been maintaining very well for a long time now- thanks to my loseit app (as I cannot be trusted on my own! lol).
Basically- I'm now working on what I'm eating (overall)- just healthier choices etc...
I know that our progesterone levels spikes before our period (which increases our appetite- and affects our body image). But, it's SO hard to contain my calories that week (i.e. this week) as I'm hungry ALL the frackin time!
Any filling snacks or foods you've found that DO help? I'm open to just about anything at this point.
I already work out 6x's a week (burning 400-500 calories each workout)- so that helps... but it's still hard and I feel like I take 2 steps back "that" week the monster comes!
