Looks like polypoid endometrium might be the reason why I cant conceive after trying for so long. Quite depressing but on the other hand if this is something that can be treated than it might be just the right step towards having a baby!

Has anyone here had polypoid endometrium? Could you please share how it was treated?

I have a feeling they may have to do D and C during my hysteroscopy. Not sure if this is going to help, I read a few articles on the internet that polypoid endometrium comes back 2-3 months following D and C.

Any thoughts or experiences on polypoid endometrium are much appreciated!

Gosh, sorry I reply without having an answer to your question ( I hate when people do that;)
But I am just so curious about why you think you have polyps and what is polypoid?
I have been ttc for 5 years and finally a doctor has also proposed here that I should have a hysteroscopy to see if something there is off and hopefully fixable.

My HSG says "the appearances are suggestive of a rather polypoid thickened endometrium" but there was no large discrete polyps found. I figured it means I have many smallish ones.

When is your hysteroscopy? did they tell you what they are hoping to find?
