Okay, so what does everyone think of Pom Bear crisps?

I always buy Elliott the Organix crisps and this week I also bought a few bags of Plum Multigrain crisps as a bit of a variety.

A few of my friends have bought Pom Bear crisps because a pack of 6 is the same price as 2 packs of Organix crisps.

They have assured me that they are low in salt, contain nothing nasty etc and that I should save a few pennies and buy them.

I'm just not convinced though (I like what I know  )

Anybody got any reliable information on whether they are good or bad?

Thanks :flower:

The ingredients and nutritional info are here. They don't look too bad, but I'm not a fan of modified starch.

Thanks Tacey. I'm still not convinced about them and would prefer to spend the extra money on what I know I think :haha:

Nah, I don't like the sound of that ingredient list. I am a fusspot though.

Plum savoury bakes are another nice alternative, you've got to love a biscuity crispy thing that is carrot and broccolli flavour, although I've had to stop buying them because if they're in the house, Ruby wants them for breakfast, lunch and dinner

If you're a fusspot, so am I (and admittedly, I am  )

You're right, I'm not overly impressed with the ingredient list either. Think I'll stick to the Organix and Plum crisps. Thanks for the tip on the savoury bakes. I'll look out for them

I second Plum snacks. There range is brilliant and they use digestable spelt flour which is so much healthier then your standard.

I wouldnt give LO pom bear purely because i was addicted to them during pregnancy-my local shop asked if i wanted to buy a box!
