I'm looking for a portable DVD player for Gracie's birthday next month. She will be 2. Our requirements are as follows:

-Must charge in car/run off a cable, either through USB or cigarette lighter port.
-Must attach onto front of headrest (she will be rear facin for a while yet)
-Must have decent sound so she could hear it. We do have an external speaker she could use to boost sound, which is Bluetooth or USB.
-Must be relatively sturdy - it's mostly to distract her in car but we will also use on holiday.
- Would prefer a remote control so I can switch it off if she falls asleep (I'll be passenger, it's safe, lol)

Budget wise we don't want to go too high obviously, under £100 probably. I've seen ones at £50 but they are 7 inch.

There are lots off good ones out there. I bought a twin set for the car.

I took a look through Amazon for reviews and then found the one I'd picked cheaper from a company on eBay where it was a graded item due to box damage or something daft!

Thanks, I've found lots that sound okay but there's always ONE negative - a lot say they have poor sound, others say that the video quality is poor or the screen is too small, and some won't mount onto the headrest. Others have short cables.

We found they didn't work great with kid specific headphones. I go wit the majority if there is enough reviews. I do rate Amazons CS though if you aren't happy they are really good at dealing with customer complaints/returns x
