Position for home insemination

Hi.

Please can someone shed some light on which the best position is to insert the sperm in?

I use a pillow and support legs up against my headboard, but sometimes a little sperm still comes out.
What is the best way and what has worked for you?

iv personally never done insemination but during ttc i did have trouble keeping sperm inside, the position ur using sounds like the best way if honest and even with ttc normally sperm will always fall back out but maybe u can use some soft cups and put one in a soon as u have done the insemination this will stop anything falling out

one thing though only leave the soft cup in for hour or 2 as if left too long as they can cause infection wen left inside too long by the time 2 hours is up all good sperm would have made there way into cervix so anything that comes out in cup would be classed as not so great sperm and other fluids that are not sperm but help sperm to get on there way x xx

sorry i cant share experience with insemination but i do know soft cups do the job xx
