What positions worked well to get baby out the easiest?
Not sure if that's worded well, but when I had my first, I was too terrified to move and change positions as her head was crowning and I didn't want to move for fear all the iv's hooked up to me would come out! So I stayed laying on my back and ended up needing forceps to get baby out!

This time around- I will definitely be wanting to change it up. Any suggestions on what worked for you the best?

Ask them for the birthing bar. The best position to give birth is actually squaring because it adds an extra 30 % to the opening of your pelvis , in most people that's almost and extra inch . Also staying upright and moving your hips lots during labour helps baby come out faster

All fours.. It was the position that felt natural. This time I may try squatting. Definitely not on my back.. I had to lie down once during labour while getting a quick internal check for dilation and it was the worst thing ever!
