Just wondering if any of you lovely ladies have taken an HPT near ovulation and gotten a positive result. If so, what's your story?

Positive HPT during Ovulation?

Well I thought I was on a normal cycle. So at 8dpo I was surprised to get a DARK positive opk. Then 9dpo, 10dpo on and on. I couldn't figure why I wasn't ovulating. Took a hpt and positive! I had a heavy bleed and assumed it was AF. Turns out I was pregnant. I miscarried but that was the most bizarre time I had!

I took a HPT during ovulation and it was positive, wasn't pregnant just HPT picking up wrong hormone!

I've had this happen to me too. I honestly thought I had already conceived on my last cycle, which didn't make sense since I had a bleed, then I was hiking it to the doctor to confirm my "pregnancy" when the entire time I wasn't even pregnant! Hormones made me look like an idiot
