Positive OPK 5dpo??

Hi all - I'm hoping someone has some insight for me as I'm SO confused!!

We've been TTC #1 for approx. 6 months now. A month ago I was finally diagnosed with PCOS and started the first round of provera and clomid. I am currently on CD20.

I started taking digital (ClearBlue advanced) OPKs approx. CD10 and received my "peak" reading on CD15. While I was using digi OPKs I didn't use wondfu ones as they hadn't arrived in the post yet. I had the signs of O - EWCM (although not heaps due to clomid), soft, high and open cervix, and a very frisky mood!

Anyway, this morning I went to the bathroom and decided to try one of the wondfu OPK's for fun (what was I thinking?!) - it came back positive!! I am SO confused!! Since O I have had odd "symptoms" - VERY sore nippes, cramping, and CM that is typical school glue like. My cervix is also still high and soft.

Has anyone experienced this? Any insights are appreciated!!

When you say positive OPK, do you mean the test line was as dark as or darker than the control line? If it's a true strong positive now, I would think maybe you geared up to O earlier and didn't, and you're going to O today.

What cycle day did you take your last clomid? Would it be unusual to O later than CD20 on a clomid cycle (sorry I've never taken it so not sure)
