Positive OPK...BFP?

I am currently 7dpo. Ovulation confirmed on CD18 through high LH peak.
My LH went down to .4-.6 after my peak but then started slowly climbing back up at 3DPO, stayed around the same, and then started getting higher today 7dpo.
I also think I had implantation due to random and sudden sharp twinges on my right side by my hip that lasted several second and stopped me in my tracks, and now my lh is going up?
I have read so many posts of OPK’s being early pregnancy indicators. Anyone experience this?

.4-.6 is not positive for ovulation. If by that you mean through bloodwork. They like to see over 10.
