positive opk, now when to dtd?

Once you get that positive OPK, when do you DTD and how often?
Also I am wondering if sperm count goes down if you DTD daily over a few days?

Once you get your positive OPK, you should expect to O within the next 24-36 hours, so better get to BDing! It's actually better to start before you get the positive OPK since you are most fertile 1-2 days before ovulation. Some people do it every other day after AF is gone, and then three days in a row once you get the positive OPK.

It shouldn't be a problem to BD every day if your DH has a normal sperm count, but if it's on the low side, better to go every other day to let the little guys build up again.
