positive opk? (pcos)

hi all
hope someone can help, ive just been dignosed with PCOS and i had an ultrasound last week (7 days ago) and it showed lots of little follies in both ovaries but she didnt say if there were any mature ones ready to go, but ive been taking ovulation tests and today i got a very strong line and was wondering if i could be ovulating or is it my body messing with me? i havent had a strong line like this in a very long time

well that test was from this morning, i took one after tea and it was even more positive YAY!! wish us luck!
