Positive stories wanted after bleeding in first trimester

Hi ladies I had a scan an emergency scan on Thursday due to unexplained stomach pains. Scan showed baby in right place but only measuring 5weeks 3 days rather than 6 weeks2 days that I thought I should be. Dr reassured me that this can be normal thus early on. But today I have woken up with mild tummy ache and spotting. First noticed what looked like a show and have been spotting when I wipe ever since. Pain not really bad and not lots of blood but I am really scared as this is exactly his my last miscarriage started

I had my EP and had spotting then I had a perfectly healthy baby where I spotted on and off for 23 weeks, was so stressful but he's now 4 years old

I'm 13 weeks now and this pregnancy has been a roller coaster!

I too had bleeding and some pain. It was mainly when I wiped bleeding. Every scan I had was fine. I had a bleed in the sac though which was unexplained but harmless. Still didn't put my mind at rest tbh.

I had my 12 week scan - perfect baby but next day I had a blood clot fall out of me. Off to hospital I went! All fine - again unexplained.

We must remember that during pregnancy the blood flow is increased down there and a lot of pressure is applied especially with fidgety babies (like mine).
