Positive Strep B

I tested positive for Strep B, so will be put on antibiotics during labor. Can anyone recommend a probiotic I should be taking right now during pregnancy to help ward off the Strep B? Also, what probiotic would you recommend for postpartum to benefit me and baby.

I tested positive for strep b in my urine at 6 weeks and after taking antibiotics to get rid of it I've been taking Ultimate Flora Vaginal Support probiotics in an effort to keep it away. It contains 8 strains of probiotics. I won't get swabbed for strep b for another 2 weeks so I'm not sure if it's worked yet. It is quite expensive though.

I'm trying to figure out if it is worth continuing taking them if I do end up testing positive again and therefore need the antibiotics. Since antibiotics kill all the bacteria (both the good and the bad), it seems like it wouldn't be worth pumping your system with all these probiotics if they will just be killed before the baby comes. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

I'm still going to take the probiotics up until my water breaks and I go and get the antibiotic, simply because probiotics boost the immune system. I want to be as fit and healthy as possible for labor. One can still benefit from the probiotic having taken it 2 hours prior to the antibiotic.
