Possible low progesterone

Just had my 7dpo bloods today.I have 26 day cycle and ov'd last Fri/Sat so around 6/7dpo today,hopefully due AF next Friday.

I have tried B6 but it made me ov cd10 instead of my usual cd14 and my LP was the same so I had 22 day cycles and still had spotting.

cd3 bloods came back ok.

FSH 8.8
LH 3.2
TSH 0.87
Progesterone 1.9

I have to phone back for the results Monday so in a way I hope its low so there is something to fix.I have all the symptoms of low progesterone. Short cycle,short LP and spotting.

Been TTC #4 since June 2010 so it will be nice to finally have some answers.

Thats good to know your CD3 levels are normal it gives me something to compare mine to (which i had done today) when i get them next week and we can compare notes if you like?

I will be having my 7DPO (cd19) done at slightly early and later times as it falls on bank holiday sunday so having CD17 and CD21 instead and they are hoping to find a rough idea.

would be good to see what others results are for comparison

Hmmm, I never bothered to ask about my specific results. My spotting tends to occur just after 7DPO so my bloodwork shows ovulation but then my progesterone must take a severe dive. I've also got all the telltale signs, spotting, short cycles...

Has anyone tried progesterone cream? It has a super low dose of progesterone that I'm wondering if it'll even do anything.

I havent tried anything yet but thats something to consider.Is that the cream you use after ovulation?

Well its definitely not low progesterone.Just got my results and they are 41.4 at 7dpo.Anything over 10 means ovulation so alls good there.

Looks like secondary infertility

Got an appointment at 11:30 with the Dr x

ok got my CD3 bloods results back today:

FSH - 5.8
LH - 5.8
TSH - 1.73 (was 1.9 6 months ago)

Kidney and liver function - normal
Full blood count - satisfactory

Now to look up what they all mean using your link Claire! lol

So it seems my FSH and LH are are spot on level as they should be according to that link which is good!

Thyroid slightly less than it was but still in the normal range.

Now a matter of waiting till may 4th and 8th for the next set!
