Possible POCS

So today was my appt. w/the fertility Doc. I was under the impression that the only thing we had to over come was a low sperm count and low mobility. Bloodwork had shown I was ok there, HSG showed I had no blockage and was clear there. Well they did a IVU today to find that I have 20+ cyst on each ovary. Now the Doc. believes I may have PCOS and I'm scared to death! AF flow comes almost the exact same day each month. I've done the ovulation strips and got 2 lines. As far as POCS goes the symptoms I have are: of course the cyst, slight acne, 3 skin tags. But I don't have: abnormal periods, excessive hair, not over weight, no diabetes, no dark skin spots, thinning hair. So my question is, has anyone had this and still been able to pregnant? What problems have you ran into with this? Well basically any info from someone that has had this would be great!

How long are your cycles??
except for one cycle that was over 70 days, my cycles are all about the same length (36-39 days)
My issues are that I dont O every month (even though I get AF almost the same time every month) and because I O so late (CD22-23), there could be issues with how old the egg is....but many people get pregnant when they O late

also when you get the 2 lines are they true positives (as dark or darker than the control line).
You dont have to have all symptoms to have PCOS. I think i read that 20% or people with PCOS are not over weight.

PCOS is manageable and people do get pregnant with it.
You guys are dealing with some male fertility issues then most likely you will go through IUI and clomid to make sure you O (if you are not Oing)....or IVF.

That is just my guess as I dont know much about male infertility as we dont have that issue (that we know of)
