Possible pregnancy or hernia?

Haven’t had my period for 9 weeks now. Nov 2nd- Nov 9th last period and nov 18th depo shot. My stomach is getting harder and lower on one side, as you can see in pic. Could this be pregnancy or looks more like a hernia? Have done hpts and all negative so far. TIA

Are you in pain? Chances are if you're getting all negative tests and you've had the depo shot, you're most likely not pregnant. If you're concerned, schedule an appointment with your doctor.

I’m not in pain, but had an ultrasound on nov 9th that showed a 25mm follicle. And doctor said it must have been ovulation.

Honestly I would go to the Drs and get checked out cause that definitely doesn’t sound normal. Good luck
