Possible twins??

Hi everyone I’m new here.
After suffering a missed miscarriage at 13wks 3days in November 2020, we are pregnant again 6 weeks 4 days.
Due to worry I booked an early scan and went on Tuesday, got a good look of sac, yoke and fetal pole and a healthy HB as we was finishing up she discovered a second gestational sac behind sac A but it appears empty and a lot smaller, she didn’t seem 100% sure thought and wants to rescan me on the 6th March. My gut tells me I’m having twins I’m so so tired this thing round and I’m already showing. It’s my 9th pregnancy, I have 2 children but this is by far my most tiring pregnancy. Just wondered if anyone has experienced anything similar and gone back to find 2 HB as after reading I’m aware of vanishing twin syndrome. I was told not to worry about anything. I have had lots of early scans due to problems etc but never had 2 sacs ever.

Did the first one measure bang on? Sometimes twins measure slightly differently so it could be twins and twin 2 is just too small to see yet

Congratulations on ure new pregnancy.
I have no experience with twins but definitely w sacs there. Can't wait till u have ude next scan hon.
I have a privet scan this Friday, I've already had 2 hospital ones at 6+1 and 8+1 was measuring ahead at the 8+1 scan.
I made her have a good look that it was only one and it is definitely just one.

Please let us know how ure scan goes hon.
There is a October November due date group if u wanted to join.
I think some of them on there have had twins and they may be able to help u more.

I had this with my 1st. The second sac was smaller and a slightly different shape. It didn't make it sadly and at my 10 week scan it had been absorbed. My daughter is fine though and turns 17 in 2 weeks.
