Post nasal drip please help me!

Hi all,

Plea help, need cures for post nasal drip, I'm sure that's what I've got but I'm going slowly mad, can't sleep, coughing every 30 seconds. Nothing seems to trigger it nor help. (Cough medicine helps for a few minutes).

I'm going to docs tomorrow but I'm hoping someone on here might have some decent home remedies as I'm desperate for a decent night sleep tonight.

Apparently it's common in pregnancy... Please tell me I don't have another 6 months of this????

Mine lasted around 10-12 days before it started to ease! It's not totally gone but I'm not gagging with it anymore. Drink plenty of water! I also found a slice of lemon in hot water worked well... oh and sleep with extra pillows under your head.
