Postpartum pressure

Hello!! I had my first child 4 weeks ago, natural birth (vaginal/no pain mess/no epidural. My question for anyone else who tore naturally and had to receive sutures, when did the vaginal pain and pressure ease up or completely go away?

I think mine went away last time around 5 weeks. I had multiple tears.
