Potato Wedges

This is my own recipe and is so yummy and easy to make. I tend to bung them in the oven and forget about them :blush: I find them really easy to eat with my MS.


Ingredients

* 4 large baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
* chilli powder
* paprika powder
* Cumin powder
* coriander powder
* garlic powder
* pinch of Salt
* pinch of Pepper
* 2tbsp olive oil


1 Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5. Mix all the spices together in a small bowl. Put the potato wedges on a baking tray, sprinkle over the seasoning and drizzle over the oil. Use your hands to mix everything together.

2 Roast for 20 minutes, then turn the wedges over and roast for another 20 minutes, until cooked and lightly golden.

3 Eat!
 
Mmmmm I make something like this only I just randomly throw spices in with it so it doesnt always taste the same. Defintely my favourite way to eat potatos.
