Potatoes With Onion And Garlic

Ingredients:

♥ 5 big potatoes
♥ 1 onion
♥ 3 garlic cloves
♥ 2 tablespoon minced parsley
♥ 2 tablespoon vegetable margarine
♥ olive or sunflower oil for frying
♥ salt

Cut potatoes into cubes and let them in a bowl or saucepan with water and salt.
Chop onion into thick stripes and garlic into pieces. Stir-fry onion and garlic in a deep frying pan with the vegetable margarine, at low heat.
Drain potatoes and fry with abundand hot oil until soft and lightly brown. Add potatoes to the onion and garlic, add salt and parsley and sautée a cuple of minutes. Serve hot.

Suggestion: you can serve it with sauces like tomato sauce, veganaise (vegan mayonaise), hot sauce, mustard, etc.

i do a similar thing garlic and rosemary its fit same recipe expect oinions minced parsley i did it on roast pots its fit yummy
 
I liked it, mine didnt go crispy so ill need to have a go at it again. Rob wasnt too keen on them though.
