Potty Training.....

I've started...so far its going ok. Im not really actively training I guess, but I'm testing the waters so to speak.
Well within minutes of setting up Harley's potty she ran to it suddenly and stopped right next to it saying uh oh
I looked in her diaper and she was taking a crap. So i'm thinking thats a good sign. She tried to get to her potty, I'm hoping she was wanting to use it.
Anyways wish me luck.
Any tips????

Im in prosess of trainin so not much advice
One advice I will give is ditch nappies (ok not when goin out and when asleep etc)
Get some funky pants get her to wear them.
She will have accedents in them but they dont soak it up like a nappy does she she will notice she is wet sooner and wont be too keen on it.
