I never had any aches this pregnancy while my hips were growing but I remember them from my first. And it seems right now at 3 months postpartum I am experiencing these aches.
Worst in my hips but also my whole body seems achy after holding the baby all day.
When I sit on the couch for long in a certain position and get up I ache and feel all wobbly. It takes me a moment to adjust and walk normal and for the ache to get better.
My lo mostly wants to be with me and after a whole day my muscles are really sore. But only since recently, it almost feels like body aches during a flu. So I think it is hormonal.
Does sind sound familiar to anyone? I suppose it will go away just wondering if others experience it too.
