Well back from doctors and he told me i may be giving birth very soon as i have pre-eclampsia  tomorrow i am to go to hospital see whats going up and what not how long i can keep baby baking or if baby comes out. I am really scared they told me though that bub has a big chance of making normal and all but still.

Very scary stuff right now.

I'm sorry. I hope your body lets your little bun bake a while longer.

big hugs hun, i hope they can give bubba a bit more time, good luck with the hosp appt xxx

Hi guys
I'm lilangele hubby.I just taught i give you a quick update on lilangele

She went to appt. at hospital on Friday Dec. 10and they kept her.
She has the worst of the pre-eclampsia possible.I'm totally drained and exhausted with all that.Mom and baby has me worries like no tomorrow.
As of now,Sunday Dec.12th they broke her water and she is 2cm open. She took the epidural and they are waiting 3-4 hours to see the effect. If they are not pleased they will go the "c" route as they have a really hard time keeping her blood pressure down(meds do help but placenta is a hard fighter they said).I hope all goes well so i could recoup my sleep. It's so hard to get only a full hour of sleep.I had like 6hrs. since friday.

Anyways i'll drop another line as time goes by.

Well they are both doing fine as of now. They both should be out of "danger" zone.Maxime was born Sunday Dec.12 at 9-46PM trought c-section and only weight 2lbs and 10ounces,he was 30 weeks old.So tiny thing. He's already off the breathing machine and only require a tube for feeding, but not for long i was told. He's very strong they said.
It was a very painful, stressful experiences and i never wish that to anybody.Check with your docs. first to make sure you are good to go to be pregnant.I'm just very happy it turn out for the best.I was so scared the first 3 days but it's over now, time for recovery for all of us.Mom should be out of hospital by friday and lil Maxime in Jan sometimes, likely at 35 weeks old.
Here he is sleeping like his dad...

Best of luck to you all, the baby is absolutely beautiful!!! He looks like a strong little guy!!!

Congratulations. i am pleased mum and baby are doing well. Maxime looks very cute indeed!

Aww he is lovely! Congratulations and best wishes to you all x

Hi and congratulations on the birth of your gorgeous little man! I never saw this thread earlier otherwise I would have replied - I had my baby girl at 27 weeks due to severe pre-eclampsia and was one hour from organ failure - so DH and I can totally relate to what you are both going through, as he almost lost us both.

Sophie was in neoneatal for 12 weeks but she was very very tiny and was on CPAP for 10 weeks. She's going to be 10 months old tomorrow - still small (in 0-3 clothes) but doing absolutely brilliantly, and meeting all her developmental milestones :)

Congratulations again - what a little cutie! If either of you needs to talk to someone who's been through it all, just drop me a PM - NICU's not an easy journey. xxxxx
