hey there , im new here and i think i was posting in the journals section and no one answered me (felt invisible) any way
any one's DH on borderline or have low sperm counts and what are you giving him (vits,herbs?)
i have DH on :
l-arginine.500mg
horny goat weed 1000mg
maca 600mg
folic 400mcg
b12 125 mcg
b6 50mg
royal jelly 600mg
vit c 1000mg
how about you , anyone tried these with success???
