Has anyone used the dr. Brown preemie nipples? How do you know when to switch to the level ones? One of my girls uses the level ones and my other girl uses the preemies. When I give her a level one she chokes and acts like she's drowning. Although she does this drowning thing with the preemie nipples as well and a lot ends up on her face. Today she has started to just let the bottle sit in her mouth. I don't know if this has anything to do with the nipple or its just how she's being today. Anyways my main question is do I wait until she's ready for the next flow or do I have to work her up to it?
