Preg?

Hey ladies i have got a quick question i am currently 9 DPO and will be due for AF in 7 days. Last night i noticed a strange twinge type pain in my lower right abdomen, this went on for most of the night on and off. When this happened my cervix was high and softish, when i woke up this morning i checked my cervix and it was so low and soft it was very hard to distinguish from its surroundings. CM is quite thick and white usually at this time its quite dry leading up for AF. So what do you think ladies? possible BFP?
