Pregmate OPK

Those who have used pregmate OPK.....the instructions say to dip for 3 secs....my question is.....is it OK to dip for more than 3 secs OR do I just dip for only 3 secs and nothing more as per instructions??

Anybody have any ideas? You don't have to know about the pregmate brand. I'm just asking about OPK in general. Pregmate looks like wondfo brand.
