pregnacare conception vs Clomid.

Hi All!
Were on our 8th cycle ttc, and currently on my 3 round clomid. I do O on my own, but my progesterone levels where very low, and with clomid it. Gave me a score of 120! Which was very good. Al thou this is my 3rd cycle on clomid, no pregnancy, no wcm, and no ewcm!! So its hard to pin point when I really do O. Also, I gained a lot of weight during the last 3 cycles.
The doc prescribed it for 6 months, but now I'm thinking to ditch the clomid and rather co on pregnacare conception vites, as its more natural.

Is there some of you that has experience with pregnacare conception, that ended up in a pregnancy and how many cycles? Did it give you better results in cm, did you see a difference at all?

Would really appreciate some advice or either positive and negative feedback.

Hi there, we've been TTC for around 18 months now, and I was taking the pregnacare conception tablets, and my husband was taking the wellman ones.

Personally it hasn't really done anything for me, except make my pee really really yellow >.<

But it's meant to give you loads of nutrients as well as folic acid, although it costs quite a lot.
So I'm now back on folic acid only.

As for Clomid, I don't know how it works if you get subscribed it for 6 months, but I've taken it once for my cycle last month in prepation for IUI but it didn't result in pregnancy

Hi Cuichi, I'm sorry things didn't work out for you with your IUI! It must be so frustrating trying that long, as I can only imagine as we've been trying for only 8!!! Sometimes I have so many questions as to why?? I'm a firm believer in everything happens for a reason, and that we will all get our little miracles when it suppose to happen, its just so time consuming, frustrating, and emotionally draining!
What are your steps from here on?

Hi wannebmom, yes it's been really frustrating! Especially when you see so many of your friends/colleagues/family having babies and it didn't even take them long!!!

Like this colleague whom I work with very closely, she announced she was pregnant a few months after I've TTC, she's gone and had the baby beginning of this year, taken her maternity leave, and is due to return to work from her maternity!! All this has taken place and I'm still stuck on square one!

NHS is offering us 3 cycles of IUI, so I still have 2 more cycles but I really don't have much hope for it. From what I've read and heard, the chances of conceiving using IUI is roughly the same as a natural conception... so not much help for us, but still hopefully would boost our chances.
