Just wandering if anyone has taken the conception pregnacare vitamins whilst ttc? Either just the women's ones, or there's ones for men and women? Any advice would be appreciated :)

I haven't begun taking any prenatal vitamins but I do take a women's multi vitamin, a vitamin D, biotin, and fish oil. I think that's all I need for now, if I fall pregnant I will switch to prenatal vitamins. I have heard it's good to take vitamins though when TTC and throughout the entire pregnancy as well. Hope that helps!

I just spoke with a pharmacist about this yesterday, as I just bought a new bottle of women's MVI & take that with folic acid supplements. I questioned whether I need to buy the prenatal instead, after comparing the ingredients. He stated that as long as I'm getting 800-1000mcg's of folic acid daily, women's mvi are perfectly fine to use. I have been interested however in trying Fertilaid..I'm not sure if it works, but have seen posts with others recommending it.
