Pregnancy after c-section/multiple section mums help please.

Hello, I have just found out I am pregnant with baby number 5, My 4 other kids were all c section births. The problem is I am having stomach cramps and (tmi) a lot of brown discharge and I also had a slight bleed. I am really worried I am losing my baby but as it is early days nothing the hospital etc will do so just having bed rest. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it just be normal after having so many sections already etc? Thanks in advance for any help!

I don't know if it is normal, I would call the doctor just to make sure.

I've had two c-sections, and have had no bleeding what so ever this pregnancy with 3rd baby. I'm unsure if having had multiple c-sections can be a cause for bleeding/spotting in pregnancy, but if you're worried I would ask you're GP/Midwife about it.

How far along? This is my 4th pregnancy after 3 c-sections and I had a large hematoma form between my placenta and my uterus. At 12 weeks it started to bleed. I was on bed rest till I was 28 weeks when it finally disappeared and now my placenta is slowly detaching (34 weeks) I have a section scheduled at 37 weeks. I just has my 4th cesarean without any issues and for the first 6 weeks of both my last pregnancies I've had spotting but what u have is brown which means old blood usually means nothing to be worried about but call a dr maybe u can get an appointment also when I get pregnant my tummy is always hurting and dr told me some people are just more sensitive

I somt think it has anything to do with u ever having c sections I've had 4 also but for my last 2 I had pink spotting till 6-8 weeks pregnant also brown blood is old blood which can be just be nothing to worry about and it also depends are u spotting after dtd? Hope everything is fine I know it's stressful the first 12 weeks

Thank you everyone for all your replies. Ended up having an early scan and saw the heartbeat so fingers crossed for now everything is fine. Spotting etc has stopped also

Happy that everything is ok and lime I said I always spot after dtd in the first trimester

fingers crossed for you hun! I'm pregnant again after an emcs 10 months ago, I've been given the go ahead for a VBAC this time round, sorry im not much help, but I hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months xoxo

I'm finally on my regular period so as of this month were trying since were not sure how long it will take us gl and let me know how everything goes

Might be a subchorionic hematoma. I didn't have this with my first 2 pregnancies, but this time around I had one. I ha a csection with my daughter so I'm wondering if it ha any correlation? It's a good sign that you've seen the heartbeat!!!
