pregnancy almost eactly a year after lost???

Now I'm not sure if I'm putting this in the right catergory or not but this one seemed to match perfectly.now here's my problem
Last year around this time I found out I was pregnant. Then (idk why) but august 25th I found out I lost it. The hospital preformed a D&C on me and sent me on my way.
Now once again I think I may be pregnant. I know its very sudden but my period is 3 days late with no signs of bloating cramping or anything. And ever since my d&c I always get cramps from about a week before my period till the very last day. VERY PAINFUL!
The only odd thing is 2 weeks ago I was diagnosed with PID they docters places me on docycoline and another med that starts with an "M" for 2 weeks. And also a shot for clamidya but test results came back negitive for the std so the shot was useless.
The meds of course gave me a yeast infection which I am treating now. But I'm kind of scared because my period doesn't seem like its comming. My greatest fear is I am pregnant and all these medicines will kill or damage my baby, what should I do?
(Oh yea I took a cheap $1.50 pregnancy test and it came out negitive but I'm still unsure)

Hi Hon - firstly I'm sorry for your loss last year....

I had a quick google on PID and found one of the symptoms can me irregular periods, so if you're still testing negative in a few days, it may be the PID thats causing it to be a few days late.
