Enjoy your food

* Take the time to prepare your food
* eat your food in a happy,peacefilling place
* Gradually take out caffeine/sugar foods from your eating habits
* Respect your appetite,you will get times of the day when you are especiall hungry,eat when you are hungry,stop' when you are satisfied.
* Eat at a comfortable pace,enjoy each mothful,and chew well.
* Eat freshly prepared foods,make your food colorful and appetising.
* Eat for energy.
* eat fruits on an empty stomach.
* Honor the cravings your body is having,though be aware as you eat them
* Keep your food as natural and as colorful as you can
* Enjoy your food.

Be aware as you choose the food you eat,for you are now choosing for both you and your baby.

Are you kidding me? I have indigestion 24-7 there isnt much that will help with that except another 34 weeks and giving birth :haha:

I live in hope though....maybe someday soon i can go back to 'my body is my temple' and all that - i live in hope, seriously..i miss my veg, sort of :wacko:
