not visibly, i really dont care about my mummy tummy, or thunder thighs, nor do i care about the stretch marks and cracked veins, what i do care about is the physical pain i endure!!

I started with sciatica mid way into my pregnancy it would come and go, hurt in my left leg near my hip but also in my bum, down my leg and the bottom of my back, some days it hurt but was managable, some days excruciating, i was told after i have M the sciatica should pass, it didnt, its not as often now but when i do get it it hurts, like a crippling pain, its like it sends a pulse of pain right up my leg, side and back.
I also have shoulder pain which has now returned for the second time, i have had pain in my chest cavity & pains in my stomach.

I had a 3rd degree tear, i have never been right down there since, which i knew was inevitable but im pretty sure im numb, penetrative sex and my OH performing oral (with hands) does nothing for me, the close contact yes, but it just doesnt feel nice, as i say its like its numb but i can feel pain. whenever my clit is 'stimulated' it just annoys me, its way more sensitive than it ever was but it just irritates me, like i just wana say top my OH 'seriously just get off it doesnt even feel nice' but i cant do that, i have tried to explain it to him but i cant without him thinking im saying 'look, your sh*t please stop' :haha:

oh and to top it off i constantly smell of sweat, not bad enough that you walk past me and smell it, but i can smell it so thats bad enough, even 10 mins after a bath and using deodorant!

anyway i guess i just wanted to rant really on how sh*t my body is since being pregnant and enduring labour, but least i can hold my wee and poo in because i was told theres a 60% chance i wont after the tear

Just wanted to sympathise! With my first son I suffered sciatica and SPD, I went for physio after and it turned out my sacroiliac joint in my hip had locked due to pregnancy and the pressure. When it locked it trapped nerves which trapped all the way down my knee and sheared the nerve endings in my knee. I've got exercises to do for it but I still have bad and good days 2 years later! Have you been to the doctor about any of what you mentioned?

I also get shoulder pain, turns out I've injured my rotator cuff so I'm on anti inflammatories and if they don't work my GP will refer me for a scan and physio. May be worth getting it checked out?

I had 3rd degree tears with both my sons so understand! My physio did say I had nerve damage down there but I cant say I notice a difference like you, maybe you damaged the nerves quite badly? I do find that when it comes to sex for me its psychological, I expect it to hurt so it does so I have to just relax.

Sorry, I'm not much help but just really wanted to say you're not alone! Pregnancy is tough and hard on your body. My physio said it easily takes over a year for your body to heal but if you feel something isn't right definitely get checked out, you shouldn't have to live with constant pain and struggle.

When i was pregnant the MW did ask me if i wanted to go to physio, i said there isnt any point, my pregnancy will be over within months and hopefully the pain will go, she explained it can worsen during labour but most of the time it does just go and never return, so ive probably not helped myself, ive never seen the point in going to physio bcos it doesnt always hurt, it may be like 2ce a week, im also sceptical about it for some reason.

regarding my shoulder, the last time it hut i saw a Dr who said that it was just inflamed and gave me some 'Naproxen' the pain went within days so i stopped taking them but now its returned, i dont want to take them tablets again bcos they made me feel sick as they are harsh on the stomach, i tried dicloflex (diclofenac with stomach settlers) and this didnt work one bit!! every time i go to the Dr i come out feeling unsatisfied so i dont even bother again.

i cant even explain what it is during sex, yes it does feel nice, but not like sex should, or certainly like it used to. its like its gone numb to pleasure but not pain.
