When hpt says they can detect 25 miu, does that mean the faintest hpt will be 25 or that it should be dark as the control line at 25 miu?

And if the cheap tests I have from amazon show a faint positive will a FRER have a better result? Even if both are 25 MIU.

These are the tests. They're pretty good. I didn't get any evaps but now I'm getting a shadow, very light and I'm just being impatient lol.
