Pregnant again after 1st loss to Meningitis....

I don't want to stress anyone else out or upset anyone, just want to know if there anyone there going through a similar thing?!

I'm 17 weeks pregnant on baby #2. I lost my first, gorgeous little boy six years ago to Meningitis when he was just 6 months old. And although i am absolutely thrilled to be expecting again, I'm understandably very stressed and worried. This is my partners first baby and he wasn't in my life when i lost my son so has no idea the hell and back i went through.

Has anybody been through similar and do they have any suggestions for me in tackling baby #2?

There is a group in this forum called Rainbows after the Storm. You will find women in there with late losses, stillborns, SIDS etc and Im sure you will get all the support in the world there. Just look the posts in this section and you should be able to find it.
