I use the Glow app for my phone to track everything and according to it, I ovulated on the 17th. My last period was the 5th-8th.
0dpo- headache, backache, fatigue
1dpo- headache
2dpo- headache, bloating, minor constipation
3dpo- headache, nausea, fatigue
4dpo- headache, backache, random muscle spasms
5dpo- headache, fatigue
6dpo- headache, nausea, joint pain
7dpo- headache, backache, slight cramping on left side of abdomen, very emotional (crying for no reason)
8dpo-headache, backache, joint pain, muscle spasms, cramping on left of abdomen, increased nausea, decreased appetite
9dpo-headache, cramping on left side on and off, fluttering cramps in lower abdomen, increased sex drive, indigestion
10dpo- headache, cramping of entire abdomen, fatigue and nausea
11dpo- headache, increased cramping on and off on left side of abdomen, backache, heavy breasts
Period is due to start in 4 days! Thoughts?
