Pregnant the month after early Loss?

I had an early loss Nov 20th. Three days of bleeding. On 20 Dec I had light spotting for three days ( only brown discharge no new blood) it has been 4 days since the spotting stopped. BFN this morning. Could I have ovulated late and got pregnant? I don’t know how my cycle would be after the loss. Any advice or stories would be appreciated!

I had a miscarriage on 28th Nov... and am now and 5 weeks pregnant again. Had no period in between.
