When feeding my first two children I experienced very fast let down and fast flow, to the point where when burping baby I needed a towel on my nipple as milk would continue to squirt all over, soaking a bath towel with each feed. Which made public feeding difficult. I tried pumping before feeding which didn't work. Does anyone have any advice on how I could slow the flow down or at least stop it squirting a good metre in distance as soon as baby pulls off. X
