I am pregnant with my third baby (well more than that if you count my miscarriages) and I am almost 8 weeks and my normal clothes are starting to feel uncomfortable! Abit worried as baby should only be the size of a bean, but thinking of maternity clothes already! So I am wondering how soon you guys started putting on your maternity jeans?

I'm 6 weeks with number 3 as well, and my jeans don't fit already. I predict that by 8 weeks I won't have any choice but to think of maternity stuff.

I can't wait to get back in mine, so much comfier lol. This is my 4th pregnancy but 3rd child, 7 weeks and jeans are feeling tight now so I try to avoid wearing them and wear leggings, but my maternity wear are too big really for now so may have to invest in some more leggings I think

I'm starting from scratch with clothes this time round (long story but our house burn't down in 2010 and we lost everything) and baby clothes. But in this economic times somewhere cheap to buy this stuff would be handy, so if anyone has any ideas that would be great. Any other 3rd time mums out there?

Hi I'm 12 weeks pregnant on Wednesday with my 3rd baby and i started wearing my maternity jeans at 8 weeks aswell i just felt so uncomfortable in my normal jeans so glad i'm not the only one x

Maybe look for outlets, we have a Debenhams Outlet in our town and they have amazing discounts. H&M are cheap ish, failing that ebay or freecycle would be a good place to ask for anyone giving stuff away.

About 9 weeks, maternity jeans are great forgot how comfy they are!!! X

I'm pregnant with my third child and am currently 12 weeks. I started wearing some of my smaller maternity clothes at about 10.5 weeks. It feels so good to be comfy!

I have my dating scan tomorrow but i think im 8 weeks with my 5th baby and my pants have been tight since 2 weeks ago, i definately am really bloated!

Well I am glad I am not the only one! Went out shopping yesterday and was very disappointed! I live in Bristol, so no shortage of shops but I like over the bump trousers and couldn't find any! I've been having cramping pains today, which my midwife told me is probably my uterus stretching, I expected it would just fall back into the flubby mess that it was with my past pregnancies.

asda are cheap for maternity and have some really nice stuff. i just got two tops in sale for 4pound each!!! they also have a lovely red and tunic dress in at the mo and a lovely top im planning for bros wedding in june. jeans are cheap too. h and m also get the odd nice tops etc in, check them out online, more choice. ive felt uncomfy since about 6 wks, (its twins), and today my son has almost wet his pants because i cant fasten my trusty jeans! elastic bands come in great!! im only 10 and half wks too. my skinnys have laughed at me since about 6 wks, the last time i wore them and was in bloody agony. this is my 2nd, (3rd if u count miscarraige).

This is also my third pregnancy, and although my belly is not huge I'm not confortable in tight clothes.
Right now, I wear normal leggings and short dress/tunic

I will have to go shopping soon

I've always found H&M great for over the bump clothes, i just checked and they still do jeans and trousers :
