I am the mum of a 32 weeker boy born weighing just under 3 pounds. I volunteer for an Australian Premature baby charity called the "Life's Little Treasures Foundation" and for them I have developed an app to help families of premature babies. The premature Baby Journal helps you track your baby's progress both in hospital and when they get home. It costs a small fee which goes to the charity to help them help families.
