primrose oil

[want a baby]

anybody taking evening primrose oil!i just purchased some and wondering when best in the cycle to take it?thanks

From what I've read you take it from CD1 until you ovulate. I take 3000mg (3 pills)from CD 1 to ovulation is confirmed by temping. Do not take after ovulation is confirmed. I've read you take from 1000 to 3000 mg per day so determine your own dosage within those limits.

thank you im on cycle day 4 and all i have is 500mg ones would it be ok to take

I think so, I do not see why not. Take plenty of fluid while taking them to build up the CM.
