Private AMH test

My FSH level results came back last week at 23.2 (so not good at all) Dr R suggested that I have an AMH test just to confirm that there really is little point in using my eggs for IVF - but these are only available privately

Does anyone know roughly what the test costs in the UK?

I recently had to go private as my PCT does not fund any IUI or IVF. During my appointment my doctor suggested a blood test before IUI to check my ovarian function. I am not sure if its the same one or not but mine was only 30 pounds. Haven't received the bill yet but thats what the doctor said.

Mine was £40 and that was on Monday!

Mine was £80 and came out at only 2.2 which put me into the low fertilty range , i was 35 at the time of testing.Just started my first cycle of ivf will let you know how i get on x Good Luck

Mine was about £60, I think. It does seem to vary a lot, doesn't it? Maybe worth ringing another clinic locally to see if you can get it done more cheaply. x
