Profile Picture Question...

I noticed some members have a profile picture on their profiles and others don't. When I go to mine, I don't see that option. Is this only an option that is unlocked after you have so many posts or something? Thanks for any help or answers.

Hello there, I think you should have this option. Go to User CP. Then on the left you have Your Control Panel and under this you have Your Profile. Here you have Edit Profile Picture. You should be able to go on from here by yourself. Let me know if you can't

I see all of that but I don't have the option of Edit Profile Picture. Not sure why??

Interesting that you don't have that option.

It should be the 4th link down on the left column of your options. First being "Edit profile details", then "customize profile", "profile privacy" and then finally "edit profile picture".

Have you tried entering in any info in the other links?

Sorry the above confusion is definitely my fault in the background, Calm did confirm with me and I answered as if it was the avatar picture you were enquiring about

50 posts are required to customise your profile page (actually I only realised this tonight lol, never been asked about this just avatars).

Once you hit 50 posts it will take a little time for the forum to update permissions so please be patient!

Thank you for the help Wobbles and Calm. That's okay that you misunderstood at first lol. I figured it had to be something like that so thank you for confirming.

Jaesung- No, an avatar is the picture shown on the upper left hand side when you post threads or posts in a forum. A profile picture is a picture that is shown on the left hand side of your profile page only. It is usually a bigger size than that of an avatar picture. Hope I explained that to make sense lol.
