Progesterone cream?

I have been ttc #2 for 2 years. I had 1 miscarriage that that was my only pregnancy in those 2 years. My fertility Dr isn't a big fan of progesterone supplementation but I'm thinking of doing it on my own. I ovulate every month but my progesterone levels after ovulation are only around 7. My luteal phase is usually 12 or 13 days.

Do you have any advise about this?
Is there a reputable OTC cream to buy?
