Progesterone Levels and Supplements

Please tell me what yours are now and what they were with your m/c?

And anything you know about levels.

I am about 5 weeks, PAL, I have one rainbow baby and he is 5 years old. SO this feels new to me again and just as scary!!!

At 18 DPO my progesterone was 12.1 ......borderline normal.

Yesterday it went to 9!! That was at 22 DPO.

I'm a nervous wreck. Doctor has me on 200 mg oral progesterone, says it's as good as vaginal these days......

First, congrats on your pregnancy.

I didn't have an early loss, but both pregnancies I had about the same progesterone was around 13 or 15, I can't really remember. I asked for progesterone as I was concerned and they said ok. I was put on 400mg of oral (or vaginal as it was prometrium) until 12 weeks. Now going onto 18w.

Thank you! Mine went up to 13.9 so I am less worried...at least a bit less...my supplement is just 'progesterone' so I don't think I have the vaginal option. They look like gelcaps.

Thank you. Just had a good ultrasound so feeling pretty good. But pregnancy after loss is no joke, it is filled with ups and downs and all the in betweens.
Glad your numbers went back up!
