Progesterone supplementation - any experiences to share?

Hi ladies,

Had a mc in August and I'm now using Progest E to help with low progesterone levels.

Is anyone else using this or other progesterone supplementation in early pregnancy?

Interested to hear your experiences. I sometimes feel a wee bit weird/shaky at points during the day and wondered if it was because of the progesterone supplement or if it's just other hormones/pregnancy related delightfullness!

I was on progesterone prescribed by my OB with my daughter. It was prometrium and I took it orally 2x a day. I really don't recall any side effects from it, just typical pregnancy symptoms. Congratulations!

Thanks scout. I really hope these are genuine pregnancy symptoms and not just related to supplements! I've had lots of strong BFPs so here's hoping this is my bring home baby #2
