Projectile Vomit!

My 12 week old has just done an impressive projectile vomit, all down my back as I was winding her - I had to strip off completely as it went through my dress!!

Just wondering why this has happened, it's not like the first time she's done it, but could it be that I fed her earlier than she was due?

Should I feed her more? I've never refed her immediatlely, just the rest of her bottle some while afterwards.

all babies are sick sometimes just some with more force than others lol, keep an eye on it it keeps happening persistantly just go have a chat with your doc or health visitor to put your mind at rest x

my little girl used to do this sometimes as a newborn and we got round it by winding her more. it hadnt happened since like her first couple of weeks until yesterday! she was having a little play on her mat and laying on her front .. i picked her up and she projected what looked like it couldve been her whole last bottle! i didnt feed her until her next bottle n later in the day she seemed a little ill as after her next bottle, the little bits of sick she brought up were a bit yellowy-green. her cheeks were a little rosie so i gave her some calpol n took her for a walk and she seemed better after.. it couldve been the heat? so yeah my little one was a bit ill yesterday and maybe thats why it happened x
