Promising?

Hey ladies, im 4dpo and my boobs are not tender as usual but I feel some shooting pain inside. Also I feel a heavy feeling and stinging in my tummy. Like someone is poking me with a needle. It's slightly to the left but not the ovary. Any of these are good signs? Oh and I'm terribly tired x

They could be good signs, but at 4dpo it's much too early for symptoms like that to come from hCG. They're more likely your body's response to progesterone, but this is great, as it means you're making lots of it, which the lining needs to build up nice and thick for a fertilised egg to implant into.
