pruue juice, how do i do it?

i bought some prune juice for logan, as we decided to put him bk to stage 3 milk n try this to help him do his nappies easier,

i couldnt find baby prune juice, maybe they dont do it , but found some in the adult juice section, which is 100% prune juice, so my qu is do i treat this like concentrated juice n put little in beaker n then add loads of water ?
